Mr. Horn began his legal career at Dechert LLP as a member of the firm’s financial services group, focusing his practice on financial services and investment management matters. Mr. Horn regularly advised U.S.-registered investment companies, their investment advisers, and related financial services firms on regulatory, compliance, and business matters. Mr. Horn also advised boards of directors/trustees of U.S.-registered investment companies on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters.
